  • Product Availability: We do our best to ensure all products are available. If not, we'll notify you and offer a refund or comparable product.

  • Shipping: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping times are 5-10 business days (US) and 10+ business days (international).

  • Returns and Exchanges: Our bags are processed within 1-2 days, are shipped as soon as designs are completed, and will arrive in 10 business days or less. At this time, LoopTote does not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds of any kind on any items.

  • Privacy Policy: We collect, use, and disclose your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
